1 Product overview
1.1 Overview
This training device includes a variety of types of basic
electronic experiment module, through the relevant experiment, can
grasp its circuit principle, trains the student to the
corresponding knowledge and skills, suits, higher vocational
colleges, secondary vocational schools and vocational school
related professional teaching and skills training examination.
1.2 Features
(1) The actual training platform adopts the frame structure of
aluminum profile, with the bottom with the universal wheel, which
can be moved flexibly. The measuring instrument and the actual
training power source are integrated and installed, easy to use and
not easily damaged.
(2) The modular circuit is fully configured and can be used in
combination to complete various training contents.
(3) The training platform has a good security system.

3 Product composition
3.1 Power control panel
The power control panel adopts aluminum alloy profile panel, closed
box body structure, and the lower shelf is connected to one.
3.2 Training bench
The actual training table is supported by the aluminum profile
column, and the bottom universal wheel brake is flexible and can be
moved and positioned flexibly. The tabletop uses the high density
base plate of 25mm thick, the surface high temperature and high
pressure fire prevention board face treatment, complete with three
guide type drawer 2, sliding door type bottom cabinet 2 doors, the
structure is firm, beautiful and generous.
3.3 Power control screen configuration
(1) Single phase three-wire power input, through leakage circuit
breaker control, with emergency stop control button, press the
emergency stop button breaker to cut off the power.
(2) Equipped with power indicator, power output socket and secure
type power supply terminal.
(3) Configure multiple DC power supply with short circuit
protection.
(4) Built-in digital signal generator and frequency meter.
4.Experiment function
Allow to create, analysis and test a large collection of electric
circuits with increasing complexity, realized with interchangeable
modules:
- using and connecting measuring apparatus
- DC voltage, single AC voltage
- resistance, potentiometers, condensators, coils
- electricity general laws (Ohm, Kirchoff, voltage and current
divider, Thevenin, Norton, superposition, Millmann …)
- RC, RL, RLC circuit study (series, parallel on permanent and
alternative)
- passive filters and quadripoles study
- diodes circuits study (junction diodes, zener diode LEDs …)
- power supply circuit study (rectification, filter, stabilization,
integrated regulator)
- circuit based on bipolar transistor study (polarization,
amplification, switching …)
- circuit based on FET transistor study
- circuit based on operational amplifiers study (basic amplifier,
active filters,…)
- oscillator study (based on transistors and operational
amplifiers) optoelectronic thyristors
- manual faults simulation
Technical specifications:
The bench is equipped by interchangeable board, to realize
different applications, provided with all necessary power supplies:
- DC output: ±15VDC / 1A and 0…30VDC
- AC output: 10V / 100 mA at least, 24V/100 mA
- signal generator with digital frequency meter able to provide the
following signals:
- Sinusoidal: Upp = 0…20V, F=20Hz…250kHz
- positive Square: Upp=0…5V, F=20Hz…20kHz with possibility to vary
duty cycle
-symmetric square: Upp=0…15V, F=20Hz…20kHz with possibility to vary
duty cycle
- triangular: Upp=0…15V, F=20Hz…20kHz output min resistance: 50 Ohm
The system will be powered by 220V/50Hz

plastic film+ plastic foam+ fine carton.
